I was watching Bullit yesterday and was thinking those wheels sure do look good..... nice to see them.

the new look is nice, but the old look is bad ***!

 

Looks like what I remember from the 60's on the streets around here.

I think it's a big improvement and I like to front apron with no bumper,,it screams HOT ROD! ,,, HRP

 

I dig em! If that is the original paint do not touch it unless you absolutely have too.Nice car....

 

What's not to like. When you can get something that takes you back to the "old days" without having to scour Ebay and pay rediculois prices I'm on it.

In some cases money had nothing to do with it, some guys had all four matching with a set of slicks on steel wheels (sometimes chromed) which were bolted on for 'weekend duty' when function was more important than looks.

Yes it's original paint. I never plan on painting it.

Thanks everybody for the nice compliments! I wanted to put Americans on it but the Torq Thrust D's didn't come in a 8 only 15x8 1/2 and I think that would have been difficult for me to fit in the back. Now I can't wait to drive it, not going to be anytime soon as it is -17 this morning with about a foot of snow still on the ground .
