  2. Hey ewf, just take the time to search the words Hagerty or Grundy, and you will find good questions to help you form your answer.
    Good luck with the new year.

    I have mine through State Farm, the car is registered as a historic vehicle. So I have full coverage "Collector Car" insurance, with a cash value of $5,000. Which is what I valued the car at. It runs me $140/year.
    I dont own no Model A but thats my story...:D

    All of my cars are insured with Farmers. Years ago, all they would do was liability insurance. I usually put them into suspend during the winter. About six years ago I called the following spring to put the insurance back on. The agent asked me what coverage that I wanted and so I asked what they could do; she told me full coverage, so that's what we are doing.

    I have Grundy now but for years I had Parrish Hea**** & was very happy with them. The only reason I changed was they changed in re; to Va. They are in Fl. & are very good to deal with as is Grundy.

  10. I have mine with my regular agent ( State Farm ) and it's ***led and insured 1929 Ford Roadster. I have a stated value thru a state of Wisconsin Appraiser from the MVD for $18,000.00. The Ins. costs me $111.00 every 6 months. $222.00 per year, full coverage, no mileage limit, $100.00 deduct on collision $0.00 on comp. The nice thing is they allow me to suspend it for the winter months and continue it in spring when I tell them. When the insurance is suspended they keep the comp on it thru the winter so it's covered while it sits in the garage, that cost is $22.00 for the 5 months or so I have it sitting. Everyone thinks you have to get special ins. and you dont, at least not in Wisconsin. I'd check it out with your agent.

    I'm sure it isn't the only good company, but;
    Because I went online, made out the app in ten minutes, stated value, paid online, and had Insurance ID card via email, PDF reader, the next morning, without any h***le, I have Haggerty. https://www.hagerty.com/us/auto.aspx?id=57694
