If that's true, I don't know why she hasn't cleaned up my storage? :D

I like the patch/ replacement panels, by the way the car is coming along well.

I spent today laying out the chop. Because I'm taking out more in the front than the back I couldn't use tape like I regularly do to lay it all out. So I borrowed a line generating laser from a buddy and used that to draw my lines. Then I taped the lines that the laser drew.

The only thing I am trying to figure out is what the sate law is on the minimum height of the windshield. My windshield frame measures 10 1/2'', so if I take out 5" I will only have a 5 1/2" windshield. I'm sure the state law requires more, but ill see what I can get away with.

No chop law on the books in Utah, no minimum windshield height required. Chop away buddy.

I have to say that this is one of those great builds that you check on every other hour of the day for updates, while neglecting your own projects. Thanks for the continued updates. I needed them...

I got the wood all screwed together, and some more bracing inside the car. I am officially ready to start the chop!

    looking awesome!

  18. that is sweet, nicely balanced visually although I keep thinking I'd love another 1/2"-1" out of the front to give it a bit more 'taper'/at***ude....

Food for thought, great none the less.

    Cheers,

    Drewfus:)
