well I found 2 barns and 1 shed and a old house and a like 1930's or 40's large travel trailer and it's all full a few old tractors I'm talking steel wheels and all hand crank one had a name of twin citys on it , and 2 more cars on I'm not sure what it is but it has a rumble seat and the other I'm almost sure said sunbeam on it it was small , but the loft has collapsed and I was alone and did not chance entrance very far in I tryed but barn started squeaking so I walked away house is full of funiture and even an old crank up record player and some very thick records with large groves , I did'nt find anything worth great value but it made my day also serval pieces of farm equiptment but it was so old I did'nt know what most of it was , I did find a few old saddles and yoaks and **** like that

  6. Probably a 1950 to 1954 Pontiac Star Chief.

    They have pretty cool dashes.

Cool, 1963nova! Hopefully they'll let ya haul it all away. If they do, don't balk at taking everything, 'cause it's all valuable to someone! If those tractors are so old that you don't know what they are, chances are they're quite collectible. I'm sure you're aware of that, though. Hey...if that car has a rumble seat, that means coupe! Alright! One more thing...Sometimes, when I'm reading someone's thread, especially if it's an "adventure" such as yours, I kinda get into it...sorta like we're there with ya. When you said the building started squeaking, I almost backed away from my computer! Hahahahaha! Good luck with everything. - Rick

If I found an abandoned 30's coupe (A-models too) burried in the woods I'd dig it out of the frozen ground with my hands even if it was once used as a septic tank.
How would you not take the time to find out what it is?

A crank up record player, with the origanl 78's (RPM) could be worth as much as the cars......and the post man rings twice......

There used to be "junk" cars & trucks, even a dredging crane used to maintain the abandoned cranberry bogs in the woods around my house, but since the price of s**** metal went high scavengers have taken most of it away.

Yo, 63Nova, would that happen to be the old farm, now on state land, down at Deer Creek? I've hunted that farm, but I didn't get back to peek in the buildings.

Speaking of junk, the new lad is going to be pissed when he is older if he sees the picture of his junk displayed for the whole world. Hope he is spared the picture when he is older. Good luck on the treasure hunt and congrats on the new hotrodder!! ~Sololobo~
