Been into Fords for a while - have owned about a dozen early mustangs, and currently modifying a nice original '66 A-code convertible for my wife (adding disc brakes, auto, and a/c). Finished the build of a '69 Bronco last year, and now looking around for an early Ford pickup (28 - 56, but prefer a model A). Not looking for a street rod or rat rod, just a nice truck in the traditional or stock style. May sell or trade the Bronco (my daily driver) for the right truck. No real hurry - still enjoying the Bronco down here in sunny Texas. The Bronco is modified: Rebuilt 302 Edelbrock performer intake and 600 cfm car Pertronix billet distributor w/electronic ignition New wiring harness Stainless JBA Headers New custom exhaust NV3550 Transmission Centerforce clutch & pressure plate Rebuilt Dana 20 transfer case Rebuilt driveshafts Rebuilt 9" locker New steering, suspension (2.5" lift) 1" body lift 6 point roll cage Seats tied to cage 3-point seat belts, attached to the cage (sleeved mounting points) Rhino-lined tub, bumpers, and cage Custom Bumpers Chevy Power Brake Booster Chevy Disc Brakes (front) Caddy Disc Brakes (rear) Recovered Stock Seats Aftermarket soft top Just extended fender cutouts and added new flares ... Believe that is about it - sure this a little more that I forgot.
