I'm looking for a picture of a edmunds head for a 36 pontiac 6 cylinder motor. I have only heard of this head but have never seen a picture. I'm looking for this to go with the edmunds intake I have for the motor. Thanks in advance. Jesse
They exist both finned and an early style that was a smooth, plain, boring flat chunk of aluminum. I have looked for years to find a good one but most of the edmunds castings werent that good so cracks and pin holes are common. I dont have pics but have seen 2 in 6 six years. LTR Dave
I had one for my inline Pontiac 8. I ended up sinking a bunch of money into it, and still had problems with cracks, pinholes, etc. All of the spark plug holes were pretty much ruined. Keep searching, maybe you'll get lucky. I did end up with two intakes one was an Edmunds custom and housed Strombergs, the other is earlier and just says Edmunds, that one houses Carter carbs. Both intakes have had stripped holes, cracks, etc. as well. I wish you much luck in your search.
