Reputable generator rebuild shop in So Cal

I'm looking to convert my Model A generator to 12v. And I'm wondering if there are any shops in so cal that you'd recommend?

Had one done for my 53 Ford at Superior Alternator and Starter in S El Monte. I've had a few over the yeas done there, never a problem and really cheap. I think I paid about 50 bucks.
Another way to go is give the guys over at Early Ford Store in San Dimas a call. They may have a better reference or one done sitting on the shelf.

I thrid superior. good price and great service...mine took a while because it was a Desoto, but it was all good.

 

Had many done in the past at Superior ,Superior...can't beat the price.

i know this isnt local to you, but www.certifiedautoelectric.com near cleveland has alot of experience with generators and 12 volt conversions. they even have a 6 volt positive ground alternator that the local model a club members use with great success.
