I couldn't find anything on search about it, so I figured I'd ask. I have been asked to work on a '39 Ford truck and it has a 100 horse 8BA flatty in it 3 speed trans and a banjo rear. Torque tube, transverse springs, unsplit wishbones. My question is how many leaves can we pull out of the rear spring without screwing up the pinion angle. I plan on taking some outta the front spring but shouldn't be any worry there. Concerned about the rear only. Does anyone have some clue as to what I need to do? How many leaves, which ones and all that jazz. Thanks for any help! Andrew
