hey , I just purchased a 1948 dodge one ton PU , yes i got the antique bug, just turned 50 and i wanted a blue coller truck its bare stock orignal , it has oil leaks, door problems , but no real rust to speak of its has a Motor with a engine # that starts with M ? strange , but now i want to swap out the flathead 6 with .....a chrysler spitfire and so a duel carb, spit manifold, but other than that its a heavy duty truck 4 speed option, and i am a hot rodder at heart but have the antique bug! any surgestions for parts? thanks
