Ouch! Be careful man. Bad part is gonna be the bill. Got three stitches in my foot last year, cost over 2 grand. You know how far 2K would go on my project!

I was just tellin' my buddy - that I made one REALLY expensive adapter bushing!!! The bummer of course is that I did this on the 1st - so brand new year - I get to pay the deductible!!! Ratza fratza!!! Just couldn't have happened the day before....

I hope they don't charge by the stitch....they put 4 in - took them back out and then put 5 more in. Is cauterizing FREE when it doesn't work??? ha ha ha

Between your avatar and those pics Derwood, looks like a lot of progress and a great holiday spent.

I got a Christmas gift from my landlord at my moto shop- the downstairs has a drive-in bay and some space he's letting me use to rewire my '65 C-10, get it some powdercoated wheels and new tyres, and some other odds and ends- The rent? FREE! Very grateful for the giving spirit and for having a cool shop landlord.

I went to The Monterey Club in Fort Lauderdale for New Year's Eve. Quite the accomplishment for a old geezer like me. My survival was not a sure thing

What's a Christmas break? I just had my regular days off and both holidays fall on my rdo's. Nice work on the car Derwood and Denise the kitchen looks almost eady to turn out some kicking cookies. Not sure my old eyes could handle that much red all the time though.

not much work but did get the tailgate on the wagon and we did take a roadtrip thru the fla panhandle. stopped at the tallahassee auto muesuem had some interesting old cars and stuff we grew up with . also took a scenic drive as found on antiquecar.com wasnt much till i hit navarre beach thought i was driving thru a snowstorm again like when i lived up north. road was almost completely covered with pure white sand. small patches of asphalt poked thru the sand where the plow got low enough. on the sides of the road were huge piles of pure white sand resembling snow piles. this and the state park in pensacola beach were incredible scenic to drive on. the park has forts predating the civil war and active up till wwII. the beach is incredible pure white sand crystal clear water and miles of untouched sand. sent some pics by email to my older kids at home and told them it had snowed in fla and they thought we were serious . i would def reccommend a road trip if your in the area

  12. Nothing fun. Had my gallbladder out & spent alot of time on here reading stuff & eating Vicodan like popcorn. NH weather isn't helping any either but I'm healed up good enough to go back to work and get back into the shop a little as well.

A little this-a little that. Dug out my brushes so hopefully my lines aren't too bad at the Starbird show...
