[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]OK, So we went and visited the truck again...
    Seems the shifting pattern is:
    1-3
    -N-
    R-2-4
Which is weird as the shifting pattern on my F-350 is: (Which is normal)
    1-3
    -N-
    2-4-R
    -------------------------------------
The truck had a in-cab tank, which has been removed, I didn't find this out until yesterday.(Which is fine by me, as it has a saddle tank on both sides) (Which isn't factory)
    {I took more pictures)
    Now for pictures:

Looks like it has alot of rust around the windshield/A piller area inside and out. But the rest looks decent

The thing where the radio would be is a radio delete plate. I'll buy it off you if you don't want it. And like someone else said, the panels on either side of the radio are the ashtray on the left and the heater switch panel on the right. The rust above the windshield is major. There's not a specific patch panel for that. They do sell a whole roof top that covers that area, but it's around $400.

Just curious, why do you want such a big truck?

    It's not big...
    It's only a 1-Ton.
Me & my dad own work trucks, everything is 1-Ton or larger.
That panel is nothing, you can weld metal over it...
