Art & Inspiration My son's airbrushing

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Fullblast, Jan 12, 2010.

  1. First I will say that he started about late September when he borrowed an old airbrush of mine(I painted model cars) and said he wanted a hobby, so I gave a little advice, but he mostly learned on his own. This Christmas he gave me a Motorcycle helmet and I was blown away. They might not be old school but are cool just the same. He would like to take some classes, but they would have to be around Mpls/St Paul area.

See everyone? There IS hope for the younger generation! Looks great! But with a hemi pickup, Rambler , and a Guzzi in the family, he was destined for greatness!

Looks like he ought to be giving lessons! Tell him to practice every day, it's the best way to learn.

He is good but I suggest other wise on schooling and classes if he is serious about going some where with it, does he need it? no I dont think so but he will excel at a much faster rate with help from pros in the industry, Have him check out Airbrush action magazine and their "getaways".

anymore updates? son keepig at it? looks like hes off to a good start. but if he serious about making a career, a airbrush action getaway class will save years of practice and trial and error.

He is skilled....a natural. Encourage him in every way. Even if he becomes a doctor, he'll always have this for pocket change and satisfaction. He can't go wrong if he pursues this talent properly.
