know that old saying " too much is never enough" I would definatly buy too much. in case of foul ups, changes or repairs
I am not an upholsterer, but I am contemplating the same thing for my A. I'd be leary of buying anything off E-bay, especially for someone who describes it as suitable for anything including auto interiors without giving any specs. At the very least, I'd want to know if it's 46 or 60" wide and is it UV light protected. I'd peruse this website-I haven't purchased from them, but they have been very prompt at answering my questions and sending samples and seem to know what they are doing. http://www.garysupholstery.com/
thanks everyone. I was thinking maybe around 10metres....but i agree that too much is best so i'll probably go for 15metres.....especially as i'd forgotten to mention the trunk will need doing also. that garys upholstery is a great site..... cheers....Jick
Yeah that's the problem with you metric traitors can't think in inches and feet anymore - what was the British Empire founded on??
I got a couple answers when I asked the same question that may be of help to you. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=296498&highlight=yards
