That would be awesome.I love seeing the models you guys come up with.I hope I can be good enough one day to post pics of stuff I put togther.And I vote against "super"in the ***le

 

Started this one on monday, the '40 standard kit, put a deluxe front on it. Chopped it (was a ***** to chop!) and painting it now. only has first light coat on it in the pic.

 

Does Anyone know who produces this A C-dan? I've been lookin for a model of one but havent found any

 

Some of my scale junk. First a 58 Impala that I was messing with about 10 years ago. Sectioned and with some body mods, roof was planned to be replaced. After resting that long I think its time to bring it back again...

I got a suggestion: We should have a day when all the HAMB model builders show off their latest creations, just like the Friday Art Show.

I propose it be on Sunday and we call it something like "Model Car Sunday" or "Super Model Car Sunday". Whaddya all think? ........and we keep it all Traditonal Hot Rods & Customs, of course.

Think about it, something to look forward to and all the model posting will be in one place.

very COOL! My 10 yr old daughter just started to show interest in buildin models. We just completed our 1st one together. A 27' T Show n Go. I will try and get pics.

how close is chopping a model to chopping a real car just wondering cuz a friend of mine does alot of models and we have a theory that if you can chop a model and get it right than the real thing cant be that much farther away

Just make sure you get some really strong glue and a very sharp exacto knife that cuts steel and your good to go... j/k



Yea, the "Model Car Sunday" idea sounds cool, i'll be posting my finished '30 coupe model on that day and start the thread, if someone else doesn't do it first!
