Don't offer anything for it. Ask if it's for sale. If he says YES, then ask the seller what the the price is. Always make the seller put the price on whatever is for sale. Making offers is just stupid.

I hate to be that guy who nitpicks spelling, but if you're going to call someone an idiot, you probably should have the right form of you're/your when you take the time to revive the dead thread two months later to do that.
I only said that on a dead thread cause I was at another HAMBers house. They were complaining about this thread and saying it should not be allowed.
