Getting the body on in the morning

I have 3 buddys coming over in the morning to help me put the body on.
Kinda feels like xmas eve when I was a kid!

Is there something else that should take place after such an exhausting activity?

Make sure the drinking is after it is done otherwise the engine might end up in the trunk.

I agree nice work, can't wait to see it all together.

 

We are also doing the interior ourselfs.....here is a picture of the seat surround we made. Started with styrofoam, covered with epoxy, lots of sanding and now foamed......ready to be covered. I dont have a top yet but I am using the flush mount kit from rodtops as my body had no top mounts.

 

Looking good!! If nothing else after the body is on, stand back and smile!

It is a downs, I believe a older one as It had been sitting in a guys garage for about 7/8 years. yea, yea I know...."its not steel" I dont even care, Its hard enough to budget any build.

 

Where is the BEER? if you didn't have any, bet they won't come back next time.
