Hey I am gettin ready to do an s10 frame swap on my 1951 Chev 5 Window. This is my first full build so am freaked and excited all rolled up. What I need to see or know is what kind of motors mounts have been used on these when puttin in a chev350 with a 350 turbo? The motor needs to be set back on the frame from a regular s10 v8 swap, right?/:D

You're going to have to know a hell of a lot more than what kind of motor mounts to use. Why not use a disc brake coversion kit on the front and a 9" ford in the rear and use the 51 chevy frame. (The traditional way) Just my humble opinion.

Use a basic chevrolet engine mount and make your own plate to weld it to the frame with....have done a couple and doing one right now.
