It's no MFS, but its a clip of the maiden voyage around the block, of me and my little monster garage helpers, in our '50 plymouth project. Finally figured out how to make the clip and get it up on the net. This was taken in August. Note my wife's confidence on our ability to stop... click here for the clip Pete
Pete..., I was LMAO over your wifes commentary...!!! "Kidz have gutz..., Daddy iz nutz...," and your wife finally asks if the brakes work only after you've got the kids in the car and rolling out the drive...!!! I like it when the kids are waving their arms out the windshield area...!

That was great! Nothin like the first trip around the block! I hope to do that with my kids riding shotgun this spring. How'd you load the clip? I got one of my last bike I built - first trip.
HA!! That's a treasure! Those kids are precious. And Mom saying "I love you", like she will never see them again. She sounds surprised that you didn't show up on foot. Great family stuff. Thanks for sharing.
Looks great, pretty similar approach to how I'm doing my 51 Chevy. I have been following your website for awhile, and it's nice to see an update; if that was in August, what's up now?
Great video ! I too loved your wifes remarks. If I remember.. On the maiden voyage with my first project.. I had to walk back two times in a row. Those are the best times! Thanks for sharing! PJ
[ QUOTE ] if that was in August, what's up now? [/ QUOTE ] Not much has been done since the vid clip was shot. I've got the front clip back together less the grill, mounted most of the stainless, and started the wiring with an EZ Wiring kit. Lots left to do, but hope to be driving it by June. Pete
[ QUOTE ] I was LMAO over your wifes commentary...!!! [/ QUOTE ] Me too... I don't think she believed the car would ever move again, so she wasn't too worried about getting it to stop until she saw it go down the drive, at which point reality sank in. Pete
Dude you totaly riped off MFS...The shakeey camera action..the surf music Congradulations!!! your wife RULES!!! to let kids ride... evel

It exports the video to a quicktime format in a variety of file sizes. I then uploaded the file to my server space with Fetch, a free Mac based FTP software, and linked the URL to the post. Pete
