Many of you won't know him or of him. But his crusty sense of humor, honest nature and giant heart will be missed by my family and most of all me. You see Jim was the Woodie Art guy in Santa Cruz and nationwide. He was a super talented man who could do anything. I met Jim while pursiuing pieces for my '54. He had a wagon, we hit it off immediately. He was honest and I liked that. His Woodie art was second to none. He had lots of old Fords, Chevy's and some other stuff. He would let my kids run crazy through his apple orchard and understood how to tell me to lighten up on them when I was being too Dad like. You see he took great joy in watching them have fun, even at my expense. The earth is alot more empty because of his p***ing, but heaven is alot more fun. May your times be fast, your acceleration quick, the wind fill you sails, and the split tails find you irresistable Jim. I miss you already -Tim.
Tim - Saturday marked the 2 year p***ing of my father and alot has changed. My wife and I welcomed a son Brendan James, Erika was married to a great man named Jessie and Dads youngest Matt is now a CPA and is engaged to a great gal named Kathy. The 46 Ford my Dad spent the later days of his life restoring now rests in my garage. It will be enjoyed with him in our thoughts and little Brendan will have a piece of his Grandpa around him as he grows. Tim thank you for being a friend to my father and now me! Kris
