  1. At the Henry Ford Edison Museum they have opened the hood on 50 unique Automobiles. Most are the orginial cl***ic Automobiles. The really great thing is they opened up the hoods on 'Ohio' George Montgomery 33 Willys, the 32 Deuce Coupe Roadster with a 331 Hemi(built in the 50's),and the Belly tank flathead powered Bonneville car. As you walk in the Museum, they openned the front panels of the Summer Bros. Golden Rod, showing 2 of the Hemis and the front drive system. They will be showing all the vehicles thorough the 31st of January. Here are a few pictures I took. I will be going back to take more, because I used my Daughter's camera nad I screwed up some of the cars I wanted.

I think a uniquely built automobile should be displayed with the hood opened. Of course there should be multipositoned pictures of it with the hood closed. I think it's a matter of being a mechanic or an artist whether you prefer a hood open or closed.
For me I want to see the mechanicals.
