I read an article a year or so ago aout a guy that made br*** radiators i think. It showed step by step how he flanged the ends and sautered them together. He even had a flow pattern with baffel pieces running through it. It was supposed to keep temps really low! Someone else might know more about it.

Smokey makes ALL his own cool ****--
I think his RPU just started as a cowl,
    And remember his metal-casting post?
How he was making lever shocks, his own hubcaps, and a mirror....
    Man, I HATE that guy...

If Smokey said he was going to "build" an engine, the first thing you'd hear about him doing would be digging the iron ore out of the ground...

The guy is amazing. He has a real handle on HIS hobby.

I met Smokey this weekend and saw his RPU. Great workmanship on the mostly handbuilt body. He said his computer gave out so he hasn't been online for a while but will be back soon.

His casting projects and the radiator have taken a back seat to his son's car and other things. But he will be back on it soon.

So this means Smokey is now busy extracting silicon from gasket goo and building a computer around his own chips, right? I hope this makes TechOmatic.

Really? The last post was over six years ago. Start your own thread about radiators.
