thanks for the positive feed back...im kinda bummed i used hot rod flatz for the whole thing wish i had got a normal base coat ,first time doing body work at a college put in so many hours i didnt want to go flat any more,so i just shot the clear over it, looks good.. of co**** im my own critic i nit pick the whole thing...it looks good ..but i can easliy sand it down again haha,,i have a couple model a's im dying to work on..as far as coats 2 base coats 2 clear on the body, roof was 2 base coats and about cant remember 3 or4 coats of clear with flake and 2 without
You shot the clear over the HRFlatz? What color HRF did you use? What clear.. was it TCP's stuff? Looks good.
The top was lemans blue and the body was the black,I used the 2k hot rod flat clear it was regular clear,I only did that base cause I already bought it and ran out of money at the time but you can't tell the differance
