I have a bunch of parts off my 40 Dodge pickup but need to find out how much they are worth. Ive search and found really nothing out there except a few things on Ebay that were fully restored pieces. Any info would help. 40 Dodge 1/2 ton truck frame, Inner fenders, front grill, front grill and fender support, front axle (Drum to Drum), front floor board, and little misc parts. I also have some old aluminum 14x7" wheels but dont know what brand they are. Dont know what will be sold as of yet just looking for what its worth and if its worth the time to sell it. Thanks!

Well bud, I wouldnt count on this stuff to be worth too much. That grill is trashed/rotten... and the trim on it looks pretty beat up.. granted this stuff can be fixed but people are going to be more willing to find something that doesnt need as much work as that grill does. I think you would be lucky to sell it on ebay for around 50 bucks, 100 bucks if you find a sucker. Who knows, you may get better luck selling it for scrap. If anything people are going to be buying it for the beat up trim.. so you might want to just try to sell that and trash the rest. The heater box is probably worth something, depending on if they sell aftermarket kind of heater boxes or not. If they sell aftermarket then you can count out those kind of buyers. people that are trying to do a factory resto or people with one of these trucks and have that missing would be interested. Its not new, but used. Id ask 25-75 bucks because i believe in car karma.. which is you dont screw people with cars or parts unless you want to be screwed in the future in some way. Who knows if it even works or not, if not you are better off getting rid of it for whatever you can sell it for. The front suspension would be worth something to someone if they are doing a factory resto or if they are doing some kind of rat rod. I wouldnt get too overly giddy about that, even though its the best out of the group, you have to look at what is available.... newer age cars.. s10's what have you have better suspension than that.... Dont forget people really dont want to spend money in this economy so you are going to have to underbid some people to sell things. If I were you I would find ebay stuff, look if it sells, then compare the condition of theirs versus yours... then knock off at least 25 bucks. people are looking for deals right now, so look at ebays bids.. whatever the bid ended on is what you should consider selling it for. I have been doing this for a while and have made some decent cash doing it. Just remember, they are your parts so do what you want.. but seriously consider what ive said. If you want some serious numbers send detailed pictures of everything to 1940plymouthcoupe@gmail.com and ill give you some numbers of what they are worth right now. your call :)
