bump?

    Im kinda new to the hamb and would like to know some of the lingo they use on here... such as what does bump mean...:confused:

    ergo...it takes the thread/topic you created and brings it to the top of the thread/topic listings.

    and it is not against the rules? Like say you are selling a car, is it ok to bump your own thread back to the top periodically? I dont mean like every five seconds... but daily or every other day, is that cool?

    you will see threads "stuck" at the top of every forum

    in those threads you will see the rules clearly described for that forum
