Hi All, Been lurking for awhile but have finally started re***embling parts of my 41. The good news is I took tons of pictures during dis***embly; the bad news is I stored them on a hard drive that died (along with our tax returns for the last ten years...) Oh well. My dad rescued a 41 Ford Super Deluxe 4-door in the early 80s, pretty much original with VIN stamped ****** and 4 color matched rims. It was used as a truck for years and had a ladder rack mounted to the p***enger side and the back seat support cut out for tools. It needs completely gone through but at least is pretty complete and relatively rust free except for a few spots in the rockers and fender welts. I've roughed out the body work and just finished ***embling the engine and setting it in the ch***is for breakin. Gotta find the instructions for making a spring spreader...
Glad you saw the error of your lurking ways and came home. The photos will be well recieved. I might remind you that your story about the hard drive ate my tax records only works if your a senator. Nice project in the works, keep us posted.
