how i got started in car is by watching the most bad *** show on TV the power block more importantly horse power tv. they did an a build on a car i think it was like a 1929 roadster, they called it thier rat rod build. i knew as soon as i saw them build that car i needed to do the same. so i went out and bought what you would call a barn find, its a 1966 comet 4 door i got for a steal 4000. i knew i might as well stole it from the guy but he was stupid enough to sell it for that. i striped the car down to the metal this summer and its been sitting all winter, so it's nice and rusty ill clear coat it this spring, and pinstripe it. i've never striped before but i saw it on TV once and it looks like a monkey could do it so i think i'll be ok. im ripping out whatever gay motor is in there now to go with something more old school, i bought a chevy 350ci small block crate motor to get some power under the hood. i am also thinking about chopping the top during the summer, ive got a 110 mig wielder and a plasma torch so i think it will be really easy. i always see people using cut off wheels and sawsalls to chop a top what a bunch of bummys. i laugh. oh and you better believe a mustang 2 front end is going under it to get that front end on the ground. ps. this is just a joke, if you really want to get to know me all you got to do is write.

Swan, a tip for you. I started reading your intro and the only reason I got the the "joking" part was that I saw it just before closing your thread. Not a very good intro. If you showed up at a club garage wearing a dress, high heels and lipstick, dancing with an obviously gay guy, and introduced yourself to the guys...then said..."Joking!! Ha-Ha!!" You would never be accepted. Unless the garage was full of....uh, being politically correct, "Men of a homo***ual persuasion". I would recommend that you get another ID here and try again.
