Anyone know of or seen the stash of stuff in Eldorado Kansas? its known as Hot Rod Bail Bonds..A friend of mine p***ed through there on the way to a wedding, saw rods in the window and stopped. There and at the old theater bldg. down the street the guy had the most incredible stash of old/new hot rods, old race cars, pinball, vending, automobilia, that my friend had ever seen. The guy is the Sheriff? retired?..Jeff, you know this guy?...

Never heard of that place. Maybe Benton, KS. Its on the way to (west of) Eldorado on hwy 254. Bunch of cool stuff but made of gold and precious stones.

  4. I think I saw that place also. Looked like some neat stuff and some rat rod **** too. I'd like to know more.

  5. Googled up some stuff about it. Supposedly Hot Rod magazine is doing a story about the place soon.

I drove by a shop a week or two ago West of Eldorado that had a 37 or 38 Ford out front and a Shoebox. Both looked pretty rough. Is this the place?

  10. Went through there a few years ago. I was coming back from Starbirds show in Wichita Kansas. Had an old Indian motorcycle on a sign, called "Hotrods and one little Indian" I think. It was Sunday and nobody was around. I did look in the window. I took picture, but they're on a disk, and I'd have to hunt for them.

My dad built a 23 t bucket roadster in the late sixties/ early seventies and it had halibrand wheels on it. I heard the wheels on the back of the yellow willys are his old wheels (dont know for sure) but I'd would like to talk to the guy. I have looked in the windows and yes it's full of cars and race parts. I'm still looking for my Dad's roadster that was last owned by Jerry Williamson in Haysville Kansas.
