ok, it's that time of year again...we're into the month of december and everyone seems to be wondering what they can get the hotrodder in their life for christmas.

usually, i have a hard time figuring out what i want to tell people that i want or need for christmas...i can find mountains of stuff for the wife, mom, dad, brother, etc...
but it's hard to remember all of the things that i saw over the last year that i could really use or enjoy.

    soooooo....
i was thinking, if everyone could put down a couple things that they think of as really good gift ideas, then we could kinda have the HAMB holiday wish list..a quick guide to remind us or others of what we really want this year!!!

a couple of things i put on my wishlist this year...
    -hamb calendar
    -mad fabricators dvd
-assorted books from amazon.com.(they have a HUGE selection of good books, anywhere from ken howard, to ed roth, to david perry, and that's just the art books!!)
    -coveralls
    -a cherry 32 3 window (hahaha)

    so lets see your lists...
i'm sure you'll remind me of about a hundred other things that i'd like to have.

I think a speedway motors gift certificate or one for the moon store would be a good gift. It shows that you gave it some thought, but you dont actually know what they want.

i beleive i'll do better to ask for a winning lottery ticket or a sugardaddy for x-mas. [IMG]

oh, and as per the christmas story reference, i am getting the leg lamp for x-mas this year. everyone needs one in the front window. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

I'd like someone to go thru my limited tool collection and determine what I need, then let Santa know. I have the very basics but it seems I never have the right tool for the job and I'm always walking down to my Dad house to borrow something. ALWAYS [IMG] [IMG]

My tool box is small and portable. I've ALWAYS wanted a standup one on casters with drawers that pull out and lock. [IMG]

White wall tires for my bike along with an animal print seat and matching handle bar gripes.

Another pair of Harley flannel PJ bottoms. (yes there is a difference in feel of the different flannels from the different manufacturers)

    A Barnett ROCK!

and a Scrapbook Zone gift certificate would be nice too.

Not sure how many of these things are practical for others.....they're just want I want from Santa [IMG]

    a new MIG welder
My house finished, so I can have time to work on cars again
the 50 ford I have been spying everyday to work
and a brand new 392 hemi with six dueces on my engine stand..

Now Santa I have been a good boy all year, only a little cursing, and not to many fights only gave a few people hospital visits. SO please be kind and get me my list of toys. [IMG]

My wife got me a sub. to Rodder's Journal last year. I told she can get me the same thing this year.
She won't buy me car parts anymore. She says I put 'em on the car and then sell it. So much for her "gifts".
Cool car T-shirts are always good. There's some incretable artwork on the HAMB that most of us would want.
Email your wife a link to something you want.

i was at meijer last night and found some dickies mechanics gloves...the palms are black leather, and the rest is dark grey well, the same stuff as most mech. gloves.
they were 18.99 and 20% off....picked up a pair for my brother and a pair for me...(maybe a x-mas present to me from the dog and cats.)

it's always little crap like that that i forget that i could really use.

now if i could only get someone to take me seriously when i say i want sandpaper and shop towels for christmas.

  22. I asked for only Home Depot or Lowes gift cards so I could finish a bunch of project around the house, make the little woman happy and spend money on the rods. [IMG]

    Running SBC with auto transmission
2 15x7 steel wheels with chevy bolt pattern
    2 15x8 steel wheels " " " "

The wheels will have to have clips to run the old style hubcaps. I think these are going to be an Xmas present to myself!
