30 Coupe cut in half. ??? Fenders and Headlight bar.. Wonder what he wants for it... is it even worth finding out.
It's still worth asking...maybe he doesn't want much for it...find some quarters and...viola!!! A COUPE!!!!! IMO
Nah, aint worth nuthin.....but go ahead and give me his info because I'm interested in the air cleaner on the back of the bed.
Headlight bar isn't A either. You got a bastard there, but worth asking about. Is this one at the same place as the cars in your other post?
in the general area...Different guy says he wants $1500 for it.. Is the engine from an A or is it a T.....
Just go down the road to the other guy that has the ass end of a coupe for a lawn tractor trailer and you got a whole car!
sounds like a great deal. a lot of cars had this done and its a bit of history. easy to turn back into a coupe.
Woah, for a second there, I thought you were talking about me. Nice find. Plenty there to make something cool out of!
If the price is right it is worth it, the moter is a A with a difrent dizzy, most likely a Mallory as said before.
fenders and headlight bar could be reo, I thought maybe they stuck the model a (cut down 4 door sedan) on a reo chassis but the engine looks like an A. Pics not good enough in the back to know if the whole chassis is different than an A or not.
Looks like a mallory distributer to me Looks like good clean tin to me, shouldnt be too hard to find some coupe qtrs
I was surprised to see an A engine under that hood since the chassis is certainly not an A or AA. The fenders, runningboards, headlamp bar etc are reminiscent of Hudson in the 20s. An interesting body/hood/radiator swap that worked and went to work.
