I am working on having one here on long island once it warms up again. So far we have about 8 bikes interested. Just working on the location We have one just can't tell anyone yet tellHaha
WOW...I just spent almost an hour reading this entire thread, and in the process found the main mini-bike thread.....wyld!!! I've read through this thread a couple times now. I'm still amazed at all the people who are ticked off by it. I'm about as conservative as it get's and I would have a cold one and run my little 3 wheeler in this deal in a New York minute. People need to freakin' lighten up...

Damn I wish I could've joined that race!! i don't have anymore running bikes right now but i still have a couple frames i could throw together. Reading this thread makes me want to go out and put them together! Hey Jakedmoe, did you used to be on ********minichoppers as "minibikedemon"? i remember seeing some of those bikes on there. if so, that one with the springer front end was the inspiration for one of the frames i started building awhile ago.
sweet! we use to do this every friday night on our mini trails through the industrial areas, and sometimes the old alameda navy base. but the cops coming by and searching our vehicles and giving us lectures started getting old.
Anyone who wants to bring a mini bike to our shows this season, Poker Run/ Pig Roast June 27, and Rodz And Reelz at The Rustic Sept 11, is more than welcome. We may also be anouncing some underground races that we don't want "the man" to know about. Maybe......
Wow, i didnt now this thread was still alive! im glad. Anyway, Jakedmoe! I like your style, b4 i started w/ the car few years ago i was heavy into the custom cycle thing and have a 70cc engine i wanted to put on a modyfied Felt bicycle frame. Project got into the backburner but after seeing yours i got plenty inspiration dude! Thanx! Now i only need the time and parts! I must get back into this thing!

Watta hoot! Before the parking lot nazi's cracked down at Pomona in the 90's.....we used to circle race mini bikes, mopeds,honda mini 50's or what ever way out in the parking lot by the drag strip Sat nights...for beer! Oh and you got penalty points if you dropped yours.(beer)
I don't think "togas" are a good idea, 1/2 of us would be pulling a "isadora Duncan" & get the toga ripped of us by the back wheel! Nothin uglier then a fat old man standing on the side of the road Naked, trying to get a sheet out of his chain!!lol JimV
