here's some shots of the new beater [IMG]

    I'm pretty happy about it.

It's chopped, hardtopped, slammed, ugly, makes little kids cry, and ol' lady's wet!

No, really, it's a pretty good car. I got it right, and think it'll be a cool summer 05 ride.

    Whatdda think?

Nice chop Grumpy. Looks like you may need to chop the steering wheel to see out! [IMG]

I think building/owning an off-brand is not following a crowd, shows individualism.

The chop is nice, I like the rounded rear portion of the side windows...what's the rear window from?

And the blak marx on the side of the roof?

    Looks good.

Rear roof section is 49 Hudson.

The black marker is just marking where metal needs filled and fit better. **** like that.

Oh, it also has a pancaked hood. Just needs some metal finish work.

Interior is coming out so I can go with lower seats to fit my big behind. steering wheel gotta go too.

I just bought a '54 Chrysler Windsor coupe from chopped50ford. I am just cleaning it all up (all the rust that is). I believe that he chopped it like 4-5 1/2 inch'. It has a '50 Desoto back window. What is the window from on yours? I also have a '53 Plymouth wagon that I drive daily and I am slowly working on that too. If I had a way to send ya pics I would. Drop me reply to my home page. KNUX

I have always liked those Plymouths when they are made into kustoms. Chop has a nice side window size, but the back window looks a little too high up into the roof.

Geez, I thought that looked familiar! I've been thinking about flipping the rear window in mine, have the wide part at the bottom....

    Chop looks great!!

Good lord, that's either one tall eight-year-old, or.....

    Looks cool - nice lines.

But ya might wanna consider a longer column drop (or a clear steering wheel) [IMG]
