A friend of mine ordered his Edgy Head late last year for his Dodge ,it arrived in Geelong Australia this week ,fast service and it looks great ,Rob says thanks Earl,
Eh Mate/ Whats the weather like down under. Nice enough 2 work n on that project outside. //// middle U.S. ----- + 9 degrees We are having to heat up shock nuts & Bolts, we b working in unheated building.
Nice to hear he`s happy with it,heard only good things about Edgys stuff.I`ve been thinking about buying from him when I start to upgrade my spare 218 six. What else is on the menu for your pals flathead?Definately worth keeping little engines.
Bit warm in the shed today in Victoria (35*C). I've been wrapping headers. **** that stuff makes you itchy. Gonna be hotter tomorrow. Might have to drink some beer. Back to the scheduled programming...where's the pics of this Edgy thing?
What kind of power Monster you needing to wrap those headers 4. Please tell this motors to much 4 the street
I wish. Just trying to get plates on this thing and I can't have exposed pipes. Beats building some hokey shields around them
its warm here about 28c. spent the morning crawling under a house ,doing a re pipe ,think im too old for this but need the cash ,the head is to go on with twin carbs ,cast headers ,hot cam in 49 dodge coupe ,
finally got some pics of the Edgy head Rob is installing at the moment to his 49 dodge coupe,he has to make a bracket to fit throttle pivot ,coil mount etc.he has a twin carb manifold to fit ,cast headers are on already ,the head looks great,,,,,,
There'd be 2 reasons to run one of these heads - more squeeze, and for looks. I can see the looks part of the equation, so now need to know - how much extra squeeze do these heads have?
