As I was checking out all of the great photos of the 2010 GNRS on www.SoCalCarCulture.com (many thanks, Dave!) I came across a pic of a '56 Chevy hardtop under construction. Now I know it's not HAMB friendly and all but I would REALLY appreciate any info anyone can provide regarding the wheels on the car. They look to be styled almost exactly like the classic E.T. Fueler mags however they appear to be a much larger diameter (18"s or maybe even 20"s in the front, larger in the rear?). I've been wanting a set of wheels just like the E.T.'s but in a larger diameter for my '32 highboy (18"s in the rear with the right size tire would fill out the wheelwell perfect to my eye). Ole Floyd Cotterpin (R.I.P.) made some wheels sort of like the E.T.'s for Bobby Alloway who has featured them on a number of his builds. They are super bitchin' but since they are milled from such a large hunk of billet, they are super $$. If someone has taken a cue from those are has started manufacturing them I would desperately like to find out. Again, I know it's not HAMB friendly but would I appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.
Unfortunately they only make the E.T. Fueler in 15"s & 16"s (they also make a 14" skinny for up front)
