We are thinking about a maroon and cream color scheme. Maroon roof and fenders, running boards and body lines. The main body will be cream.

You too eh?;). I say, open the hood and let 'em bitch about it. I'm about over apologizing here for using Chevrolet small blocks in (some) of my cars. Let the "purists" holler all they want, there's no way this little 'Binder would be useable with the stock drivetrain. It would have sorta cool to use an Int'l 345, but they're heavy, old, and above, the owner wants what he wants.

The maroon and cream would be nice, but I'd do the old International Harverstor red with the cream, as seen on the farm equipment. It's a little deeper red but not as sublte as the maroon.

And as for the DMAXX, it was a very expensive truck to build. There was a ton of mods done to it to accomodate the diesel engine.

Sheet metal work is looking good. Is the straight axle going to set the front end up higher than original? Is that a r&p I see being used for the steering?

Actually with the weight of the engine and the difference in spindle position the truck seems to sit pretty close to factory. It may be a bit higher but not more than an inch. Yep that is r&p.;)

Here are some current pics. The truck is pretty much mocked up and ready for tear down for paint. We still have to hang the drivers door yet.
