Grille Ideas 56 ford

    I am building a custom 56 country sedan wagon and would like your imput on a custom grille ! Pictures are helpful ! Thanks Winston :eek:

    Do you have any pics? i don't remember exactly what the wagon grille looks like.

    tube grills I think look the best.

    56 meteor grills look great and they are a simple bolt in modification.. also 55-56 plymouth look pretty good along with 54-55 desoto.

    however, i like studebaker pans and 57 desoto grills, here are a few pictures..

    I'm still trying to figure if it's a Chevy, GTO, or '55 Ford Customline! I guess it's all three, but what part is 56?. Saw this car on bangshift.com

    No Chevy here. It's a '56 Fairlane Victoria with '55 Ford grille and side trim, '55 Olds headlights, '65 GTO hood scoop. It also has '55 Merc taillights, '93 Crown Vic wheels, and a '64 T-Bird interior. I did it just to mess with you.

    I wouldn't mind doing that grill but you cannot find them any where.
     
  12. What, nobody's suggested floating skulls yet?

    Kidding of course. I think less is more so I vote floating bar grill. Maybe something made out of old VW or MG bumpers.
     
  13. Convert the hood and grille opening to a 55 and then put a 54 Chevy grille and teeth into it.
