    Man, what a find!
IIRC, street Rodder did a build up of a Deuce (5/w?) several years back, where the owner basically took a restored, black/mohair car and updated the ch***is with all bolt in brackets-no cutting or welding. Updated engine, juicers, dropped axle, etc. this way the car could someday be returned to 100% stock if ever desired.

    Very nice score.

Some new tires, brakes, tuneup and some dryer sheets and that thing is ready to roll.

That thing is really *****in. Speed equipment for bangers is pretty easy to find! Pop the fuel pump off and see if it has a counter balanced crank!!!

Nice find! I'd treat it to a Miller-Schofield overhead and juice brakes. Nice to have a car with full history.

This car started similar to yours, maybe just a little nicer. All changes were done with the idea it could be restored if ever need be (yeah, right). Only a couple slight trims on a crossmember, and 13 holes drilled in the frame. Switch out a couple parts and keep the originals in the barn loft.

PM me if you have any questions.

I was just about to say the same.

are those the original keys in the Ing switch?
Can see where it would be a tough call on what i see so far.

Welcome to the deuce sedan club. You'll never regret it. DO NOT CHOP IT. Mine wasn't a barn find but I'm the fourth owner. Keep it simple. Love my deuce.
