I have heard about this place for quite some time and finally decided to join the fun. I never thought I qualified to be a member until I bought my newest toy. Its a 1948 Plymouth Club Coupe. I love it. My dad is the one that got me into cars with his 1947 Plymouth sedan. It is subframed and running a SBC and it bothers every die-hard mopar guy out there! Mine is still running the Flathead six, and probably will be until I blow it up or something. I just can't talk myself into tearing it apart when she still runs like a champ.
Nice looking Coupe. Keep me posted on progress and tips you get, I will do same. Just purchased 48 Special Deluxe, with running Flathead 6. Plan to keep/return car to as original as possible. Best of luck!
