Hey guys I just bought a set of 16inch wide white tires for my 65 gmc for a crazy good deal. The wheels on the truck right now are nasty 3/4 ton 8 lug.I am in the process of of converting to chevy 5" on 5" bolt pattern but would like to find some decent looking steelies for these tires. So is there a car/truck with five lug 5 on 5 pattern that I could use the wheels off of? Any other options? thanks alot guys

Hit the junkyard and find some 70's chevy pickups. They've got 5 on 5". But they're 15"s.

Edit: Buicks typically had the same size, but for what you're looking for, Those ^^ are the best bet.

Second edit: Yeah you're ****ed. If you want to use those tires you just got.

16" 5 on 5 wheels......You will have an easier time finding the 8 lug wheels in 16".
    I don't know of any STOCK 5 on 5 16" application..
I am sure wheelkid could build you a set !
    Good luck

In a 16? never seen that on those 5 lug trucks.

You might have better luck finding 8 lug 16s
Make sure there not the 16.5s you probably already have.

gmonkey, were gonna get in trouble w/the trad police ! LOL.
Mine was ex police,95 c91... Made a "caprice ss" with factory parts..They were for export only..Best part was the computor had "Pursuit" programming..No top speed limiter !
The stock rubber was 15", but I ran the impala bfg kdw's, on 17" american 200s's..
Anyway, back on topic...Anybody got any better idea's for R.R..K. ??

Buy some new wheels from wheel kid... I don't think you'll find a 5 on 5 in a 16" from a junk yard? Unless.... you pulled some centers out of some 15s and put them in 16" rings???
