Customs Silly, but i took pics at an old Valley Customs location in Burbank.

    Ian, your car is ridiculously good looking! I walked around the GNRS looking for you guys, but was eluded. Nice photograph, nice location- nice!

    Silly to start a thread for this, but i thought it would be neat considering the building and the gat are still there and unchanged ...... but the background is VERY different!!:(

    Im not sure what is in the old Valley Customs location, but i know where it is. Somebody will chime in!!!:)

    Thanx man!!! That line makes me laugh "ridiculously good looking" It reminds me of ZOOLANDER, great movie!!!

  21. I think the picture is the City of Burbank yard. I went there once about 15 years ago when I did some work on their Rose Parade float.
    I wonder why the business card came out so loooooong?

    The location is the City of Burbank's valley pumping plant. It's on Hollywood Way above Victory Blvd. It was a City property back in the day also. They just used it as location for photos, most likely because of the architecture of the building and gate.

    Great photo Ian.

    Hop Up Magazine feature on the Wally Welch Mercury (Ayala version) was also taken at that location. I think Jerry Chesebrough was the photographer in both cases.
