Not really, I bought a $25 Craftsman tool set from TN Trader, a fellow HAMBer who I meet. Then I bought some leds bulbs for a instrument cluster Im thinking of. How about you?
Repop sheet metal, every Tuned Port intake ever made, a ton of sbc headers, an 18 wheeler load of ****py valve covers and some take off conversion van stuff....just like Louisville. I did see a handful of over priced flathead stuff. To me the best stuff was outside....but I found nothing I needed. There was one cool booth that had a bunch of metalflake stg wheels and old stickers.
I scored real well! Perfect dragster Centerlines with new rubber for the front of my Fuel Altered, 300 skins....a cherry set of 14x7 ET Slots w/hardware...$35 for all 4! Now I need to find yet another project car to mount those things on........
Yup, red metalflake steering wheel for $50, and an EZ wire 21 circuit wiring harness for a C-note. Both were brand-new. I also sold a ton of **** and came home with a fat stack of cash. Everyone I talked to - buyers and sellers - were very pleased with the turnout and the swap meet overall.
Me and a buddy were coming back home from the Moultrie swap meet and stopped at this one. The nashville meet was better than the moultrie swap meet. I scored on some Oldsmobile spinner hubcaps, a 61 impala steering wheel, and a complete 56 chevy heater delete. My buddy scored on some 66-67 Nova stuff.
Not really, bought a few misc gaskets and old set of chevrolet script valve covers. Had fun looking though.
even when i dont come away with a truck load of parts i always enjoy the day trip that has become part of our nashville swap meet trip. this trip netted a kool finned oil filter cover
scored a 3x2 intake for a sbc that is for 97's or 94's. some shop supplies, and of course priceless memories!!!!!
I had a great time & came home with some cool stuff. $12 bought a killer late-'30's antifreeze can with super graphics. I also bought a '36 Ford spare tire ring for $35 & a turn of the century depot cart for $80. Earl Schieb brought me a '40 COE column drop too! JH
Didn't get to walk much as I was i my booth by myself but got a few score of **** I didn't need . 68 SS Chevelle hood and hinges , and some NOS trans dapt tall chrome valve covers for Oldsmobile , Olds guys know how hard these are to find. Did some wheeling and dealing with my buddy next to me and go a set of centerline warriors to go on my 68 El Camino . Selling was ok, lots of chisselers, but soon as we started packing they got off their azz's
Bought a nice set of NOS still-in-the-box chrome license light covers for my dad's '49 Chevy coupe. Good price too! Great turnout and sad to know it may be gone from that location next year. Seems like it just got better and better each year!
Not much. Oil filter adaptor for SB Chevy still new in package for 6.00 and transmission linkage kit for 700R new in package for 40.00. Saw several old firends which alone made the trip worth it. Overall not bad. 48 Poncho
