Sorry for your loss and our condolences to your entire family. It is really great that you and your Dad are carrying the torch for him now.
Deepest sympathies to you and your family. I just visited my grandpa in the hospital an hour ago. I cant imagine losing him. You're in my thoughts.
I know how you feel. My grandpa was probably the biggest influence while I was growing up. He is responsible for my interest in everything mechanical and taught me to think about what I am doing start to finish. He was a master mechanic and self taught engineer. Keep the memory of your grandpa alive by thinking of him often and try to make him proud in wjhatever you do. Frank
Sorry to hear about you Grandpa, I am a grandpa my self and cherish every minute I spend with my Boys and my Grand kids, Grandparents are special and I want to be a special one myself. God Speed to him he has left you only with those memories you should never forget.
The other side of the coin...........Both of mine were gone before I was born; large family and the birth order thing. Makes me want to be a big part of my three grandson's lives.
Thanks guys! It really helps! Today was the funeral, it was tuff, but talking about all the great memories helped get me through it. -Nick
