I guess I better say hello... I have read the hamb for so long it feels like I have been a member for years not days! Another Spokane Wa. area car guy here. Moved here 8 years ago from Seattle area and fell into a secret world of hidden hot rod treasures that has a natural patina'd culture. Old timers here think nothing bout driving their rods daily and the '32 coupe that just passed you in the snow is most likely 100% Henry Ford original metal. Outsider car guys visit and want to stay... (at least until last winter's 120+" of snow.) Sorry DC.. you aint got our sympathy over here! I moved here with 3 muscle cars and in the past 8 years have owned and sold over 200 from '20's T's to '70 muscle cars and most everything in between. Have met more cool car builders/collecters in this small area than I knew existed! I thank them all for helping me learn about this awesome hobby! I am the guy who loves to find em, and usually gets em clean and rolling and out the door to you other guys who know what your doing... and can throw $$ at em!! Thanks to all for your posts.. good info for guys like me still trying to learn something!
