Hi, I've been viewing the H.A.M.B. for a little while, have a few friends on here, so I thought the next step is to join. Have always been around hot rodding, coming from a family that has always had a unique/unusual cars in the garage. Current project is a 49 Ford tudor, which I'm planning on keeping a 6 in it, but go all out with some traditional Vintage Speed Equipment. I know I'm crazy, just want to be a little different. If that fails I will have to put in a Y block simular to Clint Ring's awsome shoebox (Hop-up special#1) So that's my aim. This could be the place to find vintage speed equipment for a 6cyl flathead 226. Look forward to your input and help.
Welcome from Haarlem, the Netherlands! Spent some time in Chelsea,Dingley and Dandenong while I was there. Must be close to you!
Welcome from Georgia. Good luck with the 226 speed parts. Hope you have deep pockets! If you need stock 226 parts, let me know. I have some extras lying around.
The Aussies have been here from the beginning. However it did take Captain Confederate a while to figurte out how to turn his computer on. Welcome Huffy and like they said, you need to get yourself to John's, even Bob K will be there next week.
'Nuther ****ing Australian. Man I swear one more of them and I'm out of here...... Welcome dude, pull up a pew and enjoy, this place sure beats the **** out of a poke in the eye with a burnt stick. Doc.
Not the Nu!!!! hahahahahahaa what a dive! Small world. Our office used to be across the road (last 4 years anyway, we have since moved next door to the tax office). Actually went there once or twice in the mid 90's. Gotta love a night club with permanent metal detectors setup...
