I'm guessing it wouldn't be appropriate to ask for pics of what you went to the hospital in?

1932 Packard Special. It was 17 years old at the time. My dad told me that he paid $250 for it and sold it two years later for $175. He said there was nothing wrong with the car, it just used to much gasoline. A Lodge bought it from him for their parade car.

I don't know about myself, but I can tell you what my boys came home in. Brian (zombiesarebad) came home in my wife's '65 Mustang Fastback. Kyle (xxmammajammaxx), Devin (7ate9) and Tom (mulletude) all came home in my '68 Camaro that use to be my mom's car.

Both of my folks are gone now but it was either a '34 coupe or a '37 sedan in 1941,
    4 months before Pearl Harbor.

I was born before my dad could even park the car!

A '69 Cobra Fairlane with a 428CJ. The car was new when my parents were married 9 months earlier.

My dad raced it every weekend from the second day he bought it in G-Stock Automatic. It won 9 out of 11 weekends that season in '69.

He changed the gears every Friday and back again on Monday, as my mother was using it to drive 30 miles to work daily and it was a race car on the weekend.

They traded it for a new Pinto in '70 after my birth. My dad says he had to pay to boot!

'37 Ford. Wish it was still around. When it had run its course in my dad's mind, he and a friend of his converted the chassis to a cement mixer and the body became our stage coach/space ship/pirate ship/you name it.
