Thought that I would show you what weve been working on. Hopefully you know were planning a HAMB Merc Gathering at theKustom Kemps of Americas Lead Sled Spectacular show in Salna, Ks. The show will be July 23, 24 & 25, 2010. Everyone that participates with the HAMB Merc Gathering will receive a dash plaque maybe a poster, a sticker or something to be able to remember the event. One of our Stray Kat klub members, Ben Mitchell threw together this art work for us. Ben (aka Drag Daddy) is very talented and can draw some radical sick cartunn. This is gonna be sick!!!!!!!!!!! I am already getting excited and my pile of merc stuff is still just that......oh well I will be there in it and I would love to have any of the artwork that is available. Hey how about this sell whatever the Shirts and posters but give the dash plaques to those who show up this may cover the cost of printing this stuff up. Thanks guys for the feedback. I thought that Ben did a good job on the artwork. I know we have to have a HAMBer that can make our stickers. ????? I thought that poster would be kool to have everyone sign, so I'm going to have some of those made. Gonna be a kool show.. Happy Trails, Mick
I don't know....it is Monday Ha, ha, ha,... If you will post it on the HAMB I'll be able to keep track of what everyone needs. The stickers and the posters will not be giving away until the day of the event. Ryan approved the idea and design as long as they're is no profits. That won't be a problem because I've been doing that all of my life. The design is too kool not to have some shirts made, I'll need to talk to B-Scott to see what is involved. Thanks Mick, I am looking forward to this and maybe we can get someone that would be willing to take the count on all who are going that way there will be a good idea of what to make. This can be done in another thread or through PM's .....?????????.......I am not sure how you would want this done. If it is public like on a thread then it is visible for all which would probably be a better way of doing it that way there is no confusion as to the amount of people showing up with their Merc's. As long as it is news worthy I'd like to post the updates on the HAMB and not by pm's or Social groups. We need to make sure that we get the word out to everybody. I want it to be worth attending. When I get some time I'm going to throw together a flyer so I can pass them out to Merc guys that I see before the time of the gathering. I'll have twenty or more Mercs at the Stray Kat 500 so I want to make sure that they know about the event. I know most of them will be there.. One of the reasons of doing the gathering is to tell people about the HAMB. Salina attracts a lot of Mercs that will not be HAMBers, It would be kool to include those within our gathering. If they don't already know about the HAMB then after the weekend they will..... What do ya guys think? I'm spending the weekend at the Starbird show in Tulsa and I'll have the opportunity to talk to Jerry Titus so I can orgainize our gathering. Happy Trails, Mick
