Does anyone know of a hinge repair kit for a 1955 Plymouth?

My hinges on my 55 Plymouth Plaza 2-door sedan are weak and the doors sag. Does anyone know of any company that offers hinge repair kits for them? Thanks.

 

Gary Roberts or Andy Bernbaum in MA might have something for you, new pins, bushings, etc.

 

There was an article on WebRodder about rebuilding the hinges with some of the more modern rebuild kits. I'm thinking about doing this on my '51 Plymouth at some point. http://www.webrodder.com/article.php?AID=315&SID=60

Try a kit form a 55 chevy. They should be similar if not exact....

 

Google them or look them up in hemmings motor news

 

Why don't you get a pair off a parts car?
