    I owned a mid50s GM junkyard for near to 30years.
    I sold a lot of iron.
    Now I am retired.
    With the help of my son jonzcustomshop I am now on the net.........

    here are some pics of the yard from 1980 or so....(in the background you can see the infamous medicine bow motors , which shared a fence with us, just being built in these pics.)

  6. Welcome Mike! I got to stay a few days with Mike and family back in the early 80's. What a magical place! I found some pics I took back then. I think I have a couple more somewhere. I'm sure I have one of the sign' Hare and Tortoise motors (?). The Zarbolias clan are awesome people! I remember welding something on Mike's 58/9 truck project. Anyway, it's great to hear from you Mike!
