I just went back through this thread to make sure that I responded....
I had...(of course I had).....

....and I'm responding again. I have been thinking about Kali and you since I found out about this. I feel bad for all the pain Kali is going through.

I'm responding again, because, even though I don't know you two personally....I think about you often. I aspire to paint T-Shirts as well as you and Kali, all your artwork blows me away.....I REALLY REALLY appreciated you two participating in that show in Louisville.

I wish I could grab you both up and give you a big hug right now.

Your art has the GIRTH of TWO Vlasic pickles taped together...(that means it's formidable)...However BOTH you and I have a long way to go before we can be called THEE,I'll admit it........I still remember the time you had that DREAM about Kali....now that I think about it, you are kind of a strange duck,VT.....

There's no way I can understand what you're going through but I know how much my eleven year old son means to me and how my wife keeps it all together. I watched my mother fight her way through having cancer, losing more than I can talk about. This was in the 60's, before they knew much. She's still here today at 87 years of age. She's a fighter, she's from Texas.. Fight the good fight... You're in my prayers!

I just wanted to p*** along my best wishes to you both for the upcoming surgery. I don't know either of you except for what I've seen here, and you seem to be great people, not to mention incredible artists... we need to keep as many of those around here as possible! I hope Tuesday has positive results for you both.

hey guys...i guess im lucky to have the best docs in the world in my backyard (boston) if you need any heip looking into any of theses cancer centers i can get any info for you..my family has been fighting this **** all year, so ive become a little knowladgeable(sp)...best of luck dave..

I've watched his thread but not posted. I've been praying, I think that we send a lot of good energy from this group of folks.

The last few post from ya'll have been more promising and that shows that the prayers and good thoughts have real power. Lots more where that comes from too. We're pullin' for ya really HARD.

Well Joe, I'm sure you'll get to meet Kali sometime soon because she is very cool company and ultra bad *** and I'm sure that she will pull through this tough time with flying colors.

Now as far as meeting Johnny too...well...he's almost as big a perv as me so watch yourself on that one. Don't drop the soap if ya know what I mean.

Now is a good time to explain a little something....my comments at the beginning of this thread came from anger....anger at the world,the medical system here,the PRICE of same, LIFE.....anger that she was suffering,instead of me....Our business is as SHOT as a Kentucky stop sign....But mainly, I said that **** out of FEAR- that we were drowning and the friends who talked to us year round and joked during the good times were all of a sudden afraid to get wet or let it spoil their day... A show of brotherhood (and sisterhood) can really help a guy do what he has to do....I was wrong in ***uming the worst,but like they say, I called it like I saw it....

Eric...dude...that was SO wrong,haha....Okay,so I saw your bare chest in a non-***ual situation,that don't make me a perv......It's just that I equate everything with ***....food,girls,cars,art,......most everything EXCEPT Man-***...in fact,I can't think of anything I would rather look at LESS...I would rather see my mother-in-law naked than see Man-***!

Any disease can be beat! I've had several "terminal" people close to me chase the grim reaper back into his hole. Some lazy doctors jump to a quick diagnosis.

What everyone else said. Hang in their and don't give up. You'll still need to check in on the HAMB once in a while. Trust me it will help you keep some sanity, it did for me when my wife was sick with her cancer.
