more pics to come, its copped 5, channelled 3, the frame is a 41-48 shortened 18 inches(i thot i had a 35-40 frame so i shortened it 12 inches first, then after i reallized the frame mixup took out another 6 cuz the later frame is 6 inches longer than the 35-40) the frame was sectioned 3 inches under the cab (looks of 6 inch channel with floor only moved up 3 inches) flat front crossmember moved 3 inches forward,flat rear crossmember with 40 rear spring-mid 70s camorrow 10 bolt diff(2:73posi)-stainless 4 bar rear suspension. 4 inch dropped supper bell axle, speedway radius rods, mr roadster front spring, 40 front spindles, mid 40s ford front hubs with buick drums and seedway backing plates(with 2 inch wide brake shoes), vega cross stearing
Nice start! I am about to start the chop and shorten my 47 panel. Keep posting those pics of progress!
sorry these pics are so out of order and yes i know it looks too low to be drivable in the out side pictures, but with all the leaves back in the rear spring plus the taller rear tires ill be running the lowest point of it will be 4 inches off the ground. i know that doesnst sound like much clearance but iv been drivin my 69 ford f250 with a camaro clip and axle flip in the rear with the same clearence for 3 years as my daily with the same amount of clearence and no issues other than the odd steep driveway i drag my front bumper to get into. i figure with next to no over hang past the fornt axle and a much shorter wheel base ill be sylin!
