Everyones heard the acronyms from way back for Ford (first on race day) GMC (garage man's companion) , etc

Is there a complete list somewhere on this site?

In light of the Toyota fiasco currently running, anyone got a good acronym for that?

  2. i always thought that GMC was: got a mechanic coming.

    Ford: found on road dead

    Fiat: fix it again tony

It is common to leave the vowels out. I believe that in this case, it is an A that is missing, but I could be wrong.

i don't think "pontiac" would be too appropriate. most of us know it anyway.
got a good one for "bmw" also, but alas, not appropriate either.
    can't really think of anymore.
